Join us on 26th April 2025 for a day to Move, Breathe and Bathe. We will be hosting a full day of rest, relaxation and bringing our community together. Located in Cambridge we will be using the facilities at PAUS to run yoga, breath-work and enjoy the beautiful grounds and facilities available to us. We will have access to hot tubs, sauna and cold baths along with a luxurious lunch. Spaces are limited so be quick to book your spot!
