Their knowledge of physical and mental wellbeing coupled with their humanistic approach makes them invaluable to any company culture who want to drive wellbeing.

“Having spent the last ten years in both large and small organisations, I know the stresses that come with high targets, multiple KPIs and client facing roles. Professionals have to work hard to keep up with company objectives and handle ever changing markets. Workplaces need to adopt time and space for people to recharge, find stillness and feel good in their bodies to balance the demands of the 9 to 5. When the people feel good - it’s good for business - it really is that simple.”
Laura
“I know what it’s like to feel burnt out and de-motivated when working in high pressure working environments. Working in the NHS and corporate sectors as a dental care professional, I would have to give my best to patients whilst feeling low in myself. Breath-work has been my saviour in many ways. It gives me the calm I need in the moments that matter. It makes me better in my professional capacity and so I want to help others achieve this too.”

Our service creates a consistent and proactive framework that empowers individuals to take charge of their wellbeing and stay on track.

Building a Community.
Alongside our organisation wellbeing service, we offer free weekly breath-work classes to anyone that wants to join. We also create events, workshops and retreats so that we can meet individuals and professionals outside of the organisations we work with to build a healthy community outside of working hours.
